A combined function of the Gaussian decay and Lorentz KuboToyabe decay.

.. math:: A(t)=A_0\left(\frac13+\frac23\left(1-(\sigma t)^2-\lambda t\right)e^{-\frac{(\sigma t)^2}{2}-\lambda t}\right)

where,

:math:`\sigma` is the KuboToyabe decay rate,

:math:`A_0` is the amplitude,

and :math:`\lambda` is exponential decay rate.
