MsdYi
Description
The Yi model for Mean-squared displacement fitting is defined as:
\[\mbox{Height} \cdot \left(1 + \frac{x^4 \sigma}{72}\right) \cdot e^{\left(\frac{-x^2 \cdot MSD}{6}\right)}\]
- where:

- \(MSD\) is the mean squared displacement

- \(Sigma\) is the standard deviation

- \(Height\) is the intensity scaling
