MsdPeters¶
Description¶
The Peters model for Mean-squared displacement fitting is defined as:
\[\frac{Height}{\left(1 + \frac{MSD\cdot x^2}{6 \beta}\right)^\beta}\]
- where:
- \(MSD\) is the mean-squared displacement
- \(\beta\) is the inverse scale/rate parameter
- \(Height\) is the intensity scaling

Properties (fitting parameters)¶
| Name | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Height | 1.0 | Height |
| Msd | 0.05 | Mean square displacement |
| Beta | 1.0 | beta |
